Refund & returns policy.

At Loviqe, we care deeply about hygiene, product integrity, and the safety of our customers. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

We offer 30-day change of mind returns on unused, unopened products in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to request a return, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, Loviqe will provide a refund or replacement where applicable. To begin a claim, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

~ Original proof of purchase.
~ Clear photos of the issue (unused or unopened item where possible)

What is considered a valid issue?

A “valid issue” refers to problems that occur during fulfilment or shipping that affect the product’s usability or correct order, including:

~ Leaking products upon arrival
~ Broken, or unusable packaging that affects product integrity
~ Incorrect items received

What is not considered damage

We do not consider the following to be damage:

~ Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g. small dents, scratches, or label marks) that do not affect product use or safety

~ Normal settling, movement, or appearance changes during transit, particularly in whipped, aerated, or lightweight formulations

~ Issues that do not impact product performance or net contents

Resolution

If a product is confirmed to be damaged, leaking, or incorrectly supplied:

  • We will offer a replacement or refund
  • There is no need to return the item in most cases

If you received the wrong item, you may also be allowed to keep it at no additional cost.

Refunds

For both domestic and international orders, we will refund:

~ The full cost of the product(s).
~ The initial shipping cost.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. For assistance, please email our Customer Care team who will be happy to assist.

Refund processing time
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction, depending on their policies.
