Refund policy

At Loviqe, we care deeply about hygiene, product integrity, and the safety of our customers. For this reason, all purchases are considered final once opened, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

We understand that choosing bodycare products is a personal experience. If you have any questions before placing your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out — our team is always here to help you make the best choice for your needs.


Damaged or incorrect items.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, Loviqe will be happy to offer a refund or exchange. To begin the process, please email our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:

~ Original proof of purchase.
~ Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect, unused item(s).

Important: Refunds or replacements are issued at Loviqe’s discretion and cover only damage that occurs during shipping. Damage caused by tampering, misuse, or any handling by the recipient is not covered. Minor imperfections that do not affect the product’s safety, usability or performance (e.g. small dents, scratches, or label marks} are not considered damage.

What constitutes damage for a return or refund?

"Damage" refers to any issues that render the product unusable, unsafe, or compromised, including but not limited to:

~ Leaking products (if the product leaks during shipping).
~ Contaminated or compromised packaging (if the packaging is visibly damaged, broken, or tampered with).
~ Incorrect products (if you received a different item than what you ordered).

Please note: We do not consider minor imperfections in the packaging (such as small dents or scratches) as damage unless they affect the product’s safety or use.

Damaged items.

If we determine that a product is seriously damaged, leaking, or otherwise unusable, you may discard the item. We will then send a replacement or issue a full refund. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Wrong product received?

If we mistakenly send you the wrong product, we will:

~ Send you the correct item right away
~ Allow you to keep the incorrect item — no need to return it

Refunds.

For both domestic and international orders, we will refund:

~ The full cost of the product(s).
~ The initial shipping cost.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. For assistance, please email our Customer Care team who will be happy to assist.

Refund processing time.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction, depending on their policies.
