We are an Australian-based brand offering International shipping via Australia Post. All orders are processed and dispatched from our Australian-based premises with care to ensure your products arrive safely. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically dispatched within three business days of your order being processed, Monday through Friday. Please be aware that during sales or holiday periods, processing times may be extended. Additionally, orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Australian shipping – via Australia Post.

~ Flat rate of AUD $9.95 for orders under AUD $50.
~ Complimentary shipping on orders over AUD $50.

Delivery times may vary based on your location; however, they typically range from 4 to 6 business days once your order has been processed.

Note: Due to high demand during the festive season, deliveries may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and are committed to bringing your order to you as quickly as possible.

International shipping – via Australia Post International Standard.

We currently offer International shipping to the following countries/regions:

~ United Kingdom

~ European Union

All International orders are sent via Australia Post International Standard. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and include Australian taxes. Please note that shipping costs do not include any foreign duty, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by the destination country.

Customs & duties:

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. Please check with your local customs office for more information. Any orders shipped that are declined by customs will not be refunded.
