Damaged or incorrect items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your original proof of purchase.
- Include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect (unused) items.

Once approved:
- Return postage costs will be reimbursed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.


Refund processing time.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction, depending on their policies.
